Refund Policy

Erica Shaye Pilates, LLC - Frisco, Texas

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable once processed.

The Studio does not provide refunds or cash value for single sessions, Session Series, late-canceled or missed sessions, or unused or expired sessions.

Sessions and series are non-transferable. Expired sessions are not automatically credited or extended. The Studio may approve a written extension at its sole discretion when circumstances warrant; an exception does not alter the policy or create an entitlement to future exceptions.

If the Studio cancels an appointment, the affected session will be returned to the client’s account or rescheduled without penalty.
