By accessing this website or purchasing any service from Erica Shaye Pilates, LLC (“Studio”), located in Frisco, Texas, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

 

 

SERVICES

 

 

The Studio provides private one-on-one Pilates instruction offered as single sessions, multi-session packages, and recurring monthly memberships.

 

 

 

PAYMENT & AUTHORIZATION

 

 

All services are billed in advance. By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring automatic charges to the payment method on file. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

 

 

 

MEMBERSHIPS — TERM & RENEWAL

 

 

Monthly memberships require an initial three (3) month commitment. Upon completion of the initial term, memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis and continue until canceled in accordance with these Terms. There is no maximum duration.

 

 

 

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

 

 

Membership cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@ericashayepilates.com no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the next billing date. Cancellation during the initial commitment does not relieve payment obligations for that term. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

 

 

 

PRICING & GRANDFATHERED RATES

 

 

Prices may change at any time. Membership pricing is locked only while the membership remains active, uninterrupted, and in good standing. If a membership is canceled, paused, terminated, or lapses for any reason, prior pricing is permanently forfeited. Any future enrollment will be at the then-current rates. Prior rates are not reinstated.

 

 

 

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

 

 

Sessions canceled with fewer than twelve (12) hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited and treated as completed. Late-canceled or missed sessions are not refunded or credited.

 

 

 

SESSION USE & EXPIRATION

 

 

Single sessions and packages expire according to the terms disclosed at purchase. Membership sessions must be used within the applicable billing cycle and do not roll over. All sessions are non-transferable and have no cash value.

 

 

 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY

 

 

Participation in Pilates involves inherent physical risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, you release Erica Shaye Pilates LLC from liability except for gross negligence or willful misconduct. Total liability is limited to the amount paid to the Studio in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.

 

 

 

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute is exclusively Collin County, Texas.
