THE PRIVATE STANDARD
Private work changes the standard.
When the work is private, the details have somewhere to go. At Erica Shaye Pilates, effort becomes readable: where it goes, where it leaks, where it holds, and how it can be reorganized. This is the difference between being led through a session and being worked with precisely.

Meet Erica
Erica Shaye is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher whose path into private practice runs through more than a decade of teaching and studio leadership, including building national franchise teacher-training infrastructure across curriculum, instructor evaluation, and quality standards for a growing multi-studio network.
Her background spans classical and contemporary Pilates, with focused expertise in corrective exercise, hip and pelvic biomechanics, and prenatal and postnatal applications. That range informs both the scope of clients she works with and the precision she brings to each one.
In private work, that depth becomes discernment. Erica shapes each session around what she sees in the body in front of her, translating subtle patterns into precise, individualized progression.
Known for an exacting eye and technical clarity, her work emphasizes sensorimotor organization, structural integrity, and increasing self-command over time.
